All MDF products are processed using the finest triple refined grade product available. This allows the routed areas (grooves and edges) to be more dense and allows for easier sealing prior to applying paint.

It just makes painting easier!

Square glass lites (panes) are available in multiples of 2.

Most designs can be mixed and matched. For example, a flat panel can be inserted in an arched (eyebrow or cathedral) frame. Glass frames can be made of an arched frame. Edge details can be added (see below). Molding applied doors, however, cannot be produced with arched profiles. Please contact us for other configurations.
